Art de Vivre is a Rio de Janeiro real estate brokerage (CRECI RJ 009278/O) and short-term rental management company. The firm curates a portfolio of luxury residences — apartments, penthouses, houses and farms — across Rio and beyond, and operates the services and experiences that go with them.

Art de Vivre is led by a professional real estate and hospitality team operating from Rio de Janeiro. A back-office handles bookings, service scheduling and owner relations; on-site staff maintain the residences and look after guests throughout the stay.
Behind the addresses, a roster of vetted partners — private chefs, drivers, guides, speedboat captains, helicopter operators — turns every stay into a fully arranged one.
